Your life probably looks pretty damn good from the outside.
You get things done. People trust you. You remember the appointment, send the text, fix the problem, make the plan, keep the peace, carry the mental load, and somehow still show up looking like you’re fine.
Meanwhile, you’re lying in bed replaying a conversation from six hours ago.
You finally get an hour to yourself and can’t relax because your brain is already listing what you “should” be doing.
You know you need to say no, but then spend half the day figuring out how to say it without disappointing anyone.
And when somebody asks what you want?
Sometimes you genuinely don’t fucking know anymore.
EVOLVE HER — 6-month private coaching
You’re the one everyone calls because they know you’ll handle it.
You’re also fucking exhausted from being the one who always handles it.
EVOLVE HER is for you if...
✓ You type the text, delete it, rewrite it, send it... then stare at your phone wondering if you sounded rude.
✓ You’re furious about something and still somehow end up saying, “No worries!”
✓ Everyone tells you how strong you are and part of you wants to scream because you’re tired of having to be.
✓ You can make big decisions at work but need three people to reassure you that you’re not a bad person for saying no to a family member or friend who was counting on you.
✓ You can feel resentment building toward people you love and also know you keep saying yes when you mean no.
✓ You don't want to become less ambitious. You just want it to stop costing you yourself.
✓ You don’t want to burn your life down or become a totally different person. You just want to be able to live the life you worked so hard for without feeling fucking depleted by it.
✓ You're ready to actually practice something different — not just talk about it.
Why I'm the one for this:
Hey Girly!
I know what it’s like to become the capable one because you had to.
For years, being independent, responsible, and able to handle anything looked like strength. And it was.
Until the same patterns that helped me survive started making it nearly impossible to rest, receive support, trust myself, or let anyone else carry part of the load.
I know what it’s like to look successful on the outside while quietly wondering why you still feel anxious, exhausted, or disconnected from yourself underneath it all.
That’s why this work isn’t about making you less driven, less ambitious, or less capable.
It’s about helping you keep the parts of you that got you here without letting them run your entire life.

EVOLVE HER
A six-month, private 1:1 coaching container for the woman ready to stop managing her life from the outside in. Not weekly check-ins — a structured process built around closing the gap between what you know and how you actually live. 15 sessions. One roadmap built around you.
PHASE 1 — Get honest about where You actually are
A 90-minute kickoff assessment + personalized roadmap so we know exactly what we’re working on.
PHASE 2 — Find the pattern underneath the problem
Instead of treating every stressful situation like a separate issue, we start seeing what keeps repeating underneath all of it.
PHASE 3: Hear yourself again
Less looking outside yourself for permission, reassurance or the “right” answer. More trusting your own voice.
PHASE 4 — Practice it in real life
Boundaries. Rest. Asking for help. Speaking up. Letting people be disappointed. Choosing what you actually want.
PHASE 5: See the proof
We reassess at 3 and 6 months so you can clearly see what has changed instead of wondering whether you’re “making progress.”

This isn't hypothetical. Here's what actually shifts.
You don’t have to carry everything yourself.
BEFORE
She was so used to being capable and handling everything herself that letting go of control felt hard—even when carrying it all was exhausting her.
SHIFT
She began delegating, letting someone else take responsibility, and trusting that she didn’t have to be the one holding everything for it to be okay.
PROOF
“I am finally able to delegate parts of my business out, and WOW, thats a huge weight lifted, and I dont feel the need to control everything like I use to.”
Your life gets to matter more than your to-do list.
BEFORE
People-pleasing and work had taken over so much of her life that she was overwhelmed, struggling to say no, and losing sight of what actually mattered to her.
SHIFT
She started choosing her priorities differently, letting work take up less of her life, and trusting herself to handle things without sacrificing herself in the process.
PROOF
“The confidence has grown a lot in myself… I know what comes first, and I know that work will be there, and I'll figure it out if I fall short… confidence in myself for sure.”
Choose yourself without managing everyone else’s reaction.
BEFORE
She was constantly worried about disappointing people and letting other people’s opinions influence what she believed she should do.
SHIFT
She learned to separate someone else’s feelings from her responsibility and began making choices based on her own values and the life she actually wanted.
PROOF
“It’s okay to disappoint people… That’s their feelings, if that’s how they feel. And we can choose how we want to live our life.”
The life you built can stop costing you yourself!
The investment
$925/month for 6 months
or
$5,500 paid in full
This isn’t six months of open-ended coaching calls.
It’s a structured private container built around your patterns, your life, and the changes you want to be able to actually see.
You do not need to quit your job, blow up your relationship, move to Bali or become a completely different person to feel better inside your own life.
The work is learning how to stay connected to yourself while you live it.
The stuff you're probably wondering…
And if there are more questions lets hop on a call, girl!!
-
No. Coaching isn’t therapy or a replacement for mental health treatment. My approach is trauma-informed, which means we work with curiosity, choice, and respect for the ways your patterns may have once helped you feel safe, while focusing on how you want to respond and live now.
-
You may already understand exactly why you people-please, overthink, overfunction, or struggle with boundaries—and still find yourself repeating the same patterns. Our work focuses on helping you move from insight into practice, so you can safely experiment with new responses and build evidence that you can trust yourself in real life.
-
Absolutely not. Your ambition, independence, and capability aren’t problems we need to fix; we get curious about when those strengths are genuinely serving you and when old patterns may be driving them at your expense. The goal is to keep the parts of yourself you love without having to sacrifice yourself to sustain them.
-
You don’t need to have it figured out before we begin. We’ll slow things down together, without forcing an answer, and get curious about what you’re experiencing, what your body is communicating, and the patterns underneath it until you have a clearer understanding of what you actually need and want.
-
You will sometimes—and that doesn’t mean the work isn’t working. These patterns often developed for a reason and have been practiced for years, so instead of judging yourself for returning to one, we get curious about what happened, what your system needed in that moment, and use it as another opportunity to practice a different response.
