The Mother Wound: How Early Attachment Shapes Self-Worth, Self-Trust & Emotional Safety

JULY @ 5:00 PM CST

Have you ever felt like you constantly need to earn your worth?
Do you struggle to trust yourself, rest without guilt, ask for what you need, or feel like you're never quite enough, no matter how much you achieve?
Many women carry patterns that began long before adulthood.
Patterns like people-pleasing, perfectionism, self-criticism, overthinking, difficulty receiving support, emotional exhaustion, and chronic self-abandonment often have deeper roots than we realize.
In this workshop, we'll explore the concept of the Mother Wound — not from a place of blame, but from a place of understanding.
Together, we'll look at how our earliest attachment experiences shape the way we relate to ourselves, our emotions, our bodies, and the women around us. We'll discuss how these experiences can influence self-worth, boundaries, emotional regulation, and the ability to trust ourselves throughout life.
