A 3-Month Group Coaching Container
Rewrite Her Story is a 3-month guided group coaching experience for women who are self-aware, reflective, and tired of repeating patterns that no longer align with who they are becoming.
This container is designed to help you move beyond insight and into embodied, sustainable change — at the identity and nervous-system level.
This is where stress and anxiety begin to decrease, self-trust strengthens, and life starts to feel more aligned, grounded, and intentional.
What You’re Signing Up For
Duration
• 3 months (12 weeks total)
Live Coaching Schedule
• Weekly live group coaching calls
• Calls run 3 weeks on / every 4th week off for integration and rest
• You’ll receive 9 live group coaching sessions total, plus 2 additional live guest-led sessions
Support Style
• Small, intimate group setting
• Real coaching (not lectures, not surface motivation)
• Space for reflection, processing, application — and what I call LOVE-WORK (intentional “home-work” that supports real change)
AND
Two additional live guest-led sessions
Somatic Guest Session
• One live session with a somatic teacher
• Learn how your body holds old stories and survival patterns
• Gentle, supportive practices that build safety, release tension, and support embodiment
Breathwork Guest Session
• One live guided breathwork experience led by a breathwork facilitator
• Supports nervous-system regulation, emotional processing, and integration
• Designed to deepen the coaching work — not overwhelm it
What You’ll Receive Inside the Container
Weekly Live Group Coaching
Deep, facilitated coaching focused on:
• Rewriting internal narratives
• Boundary clarity and self-trust
• Emotional regulation
• Breaking self-sabotaging patterns
Each call includes live coaching, group reflection, and guided integration.
Integration Weeks (Every 4th Week)
• Built-in pauses for:
reflection
journaling
applying what you’re learning
There are no live calls during these weeks, allowing the work to settle into your nervous system.
You’ll receive an integration packet with journaling prompts to support accountability, reflection, and reconnecting with your why throughout the process.
